Bio of Todd Watrous

Todd Watrous was born in Nashville, Tennessee, graduated from high school in Bozeman, Montana then served for 3 years in the U.S. Army returning to Montana after completion of active duty service.  Todd was baptized into Christ in October 1989 two months after leaving active military duty.  In December 1989, Miss Jennifer Folding visited the Bozeman Church of Christ where Todd worshiped.  Jennifer was born in Wichita, Kansas and graduated from high school in West Lake, Louisiana.  Jennifer and Todd were married in 1991.  They moved to Searcy, Arkansas so Jennifer could complete her Fine Arts degree at Harding University while Todd worked as manager of a vehicle oil change facility.  They worshiped with the brethren at Griffithville Church of Christ.  Upon Jennifer's graduation in 1993, they moved to Waco, Texas where Todd earned an associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology at Texas State Technical College.  In Waco, they worshiped with the brethren at Northside Church of Christ, working with the Youth group for almost two years.  After Todd's graduation, a job offer had them move to The Woodlands, TX in August 1995 where they visited Woodland Oaks Church of Christ, and have since been very blessed.  Todd earned his bachelor degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Sam Houston State University in 2008.  Todd currently works as a project engineer within the oil & gas industry.

Both Todd and Jennifer began working with the youth group almost immediately upon arrival at Woodland Oaks in 1995, and along with several other young couples began leading youth events and activities.  At Woodland Oaks, Todd has served several tours of duty as a deacon for special ministries, youth, building & grounds and youth again.  Over several decades Todd has taught many Bible classes from junior high to adult, and intends to continue to teach as long as the Lord permits.

Jennifer and Todd were blessed with three children beginning in 1997, and additionally blessed that all three children were raised in this very wonderful church family.  Their eldest son, Joshua and his wife, Zoe live in Conroe, and worship with Woodland Oaks.  Their second, and youngest son, Daniel along with his wife, Abby & son, Deacon live & worship in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Kelsey their youngest child, and only daughter, currently attends Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

Todd and Jennifer love the Lord's church therefore seek His will in faithfully serving in both love and truth, all to His glory.
