Janna Wilkerson is a native from West Monroe, Louisiana and moved to The Woodlands, TX in 2010. Janna grew up in the church of Christ and is married to Kevin Wilkerson, who serves in the roles of Coordinating, leading our 3rd to 6th grade Boys, and the Young Boys Song Leading program at Woodland Oaks. They have three beautiful children. All of their children are active in the Youth Group or Children’s Ministry programs.
A former Elementary Education teacher, Janna absolutely loves working with children in the role of Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Woodland Oaks. Janna loves teaching children about our awesome God and His love for them. She also loves equipping teachers with tools needed to teach Bible classes, planning fellowship and service opportunities for our children and young families, coordinating VBS, and serving at Woodland Oaks. It is her goal to help every child at Woodland Oaks strengthen their relationship with our Savior. Janna is an active member of the community and loves volunteering in various programs her children are involved in. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling, biking, hiking, and spending time with her church family.
